I have tried to cover everything I know about the Base module in these tutorials, from the essentials to more advanced features, so that you can learn at your own pace.

Introduction Of LibreOffice Base

LibreOffice Base is a powerful database management application, similar to the Access module in Microsoft Office. It allows you to create, edit, and manage various types of databases, such as MySQL and others.

According to the official description, LibreOffice Base is designed for power users and enterprise requirements, where it’s crucial to have support for multi-user database engines, including MySQL, MariaDB, Anabas D, MS Access, and PostgreSQL.

In addition to using LibreOffice Base as a standalone database management program, it’s also perfectly integrated with other applications in the LibreOffice Suite, providing more granular control over linking to large database files within Calc files, for example, for data pilot analysis or as the basis for drawing other charts.
